Raw Materials

Salmon

is added in the form of cut-offs from fresh salmon used for smoking. These cut offs are kept cool at around 3 degrees celcius until they are used in production. In other words, the salmon is treated as salmon intended for human consumtion.
We aim to store these fresh salmon cut-offs for as little time as possible and normally production occurs the day the cut-offs are produced. We only use cut-offs from fresh Salmon and

we do not use any intestine.
