Shipping policy:
We ship goods to any mainland UK or US address. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £4.95 + VAT.
Returns policy:
We will accept returns on any order, provided that the product is unopened and shows no sign of damage, within 10 days of the customer receiving the product. Shipping cost incurred with returns is solely the responsibility of the shipper.
For any damaged or defective shipments, merchandise should be either rejected upon delivery, or call our customer enquiries number within 3 days of receiving, and obtain a return authorization from Active Pet Feeds Ltd at +44 (0) 1953 883701.
We will reimburse any shipping costs on defective or damaged merchandise provided that our return policies are followed. It is our sole intention that every shipment from us derive the highest satisfaction from each customer. |
